Samaritan’s Purse approached Gruhe to discuss ideas for the potential conversion of their existing headquarters into a more saleable site. After building up the digital neighbourhood, the possibility of new apartment blocks in two alternative formations, and a scheme with houses to provide a comparison in terms of both massing and mix, taking on board the local Council and Greater London requirement for new homes, parking etc., were explored.
The final schematic layouts were then tabled for discussion with the Council in order for the Client to obtain their preliminary guidance prior to taking any further steps.
