Having lived in this home for some years, the brief was to look at re-organising the existing home to better suit the needs of a growing family. The main requirement was to create a more open plan family /  kitchen / dining that flowed out into the rear garden better while also linking into an extension to the rear reception space. The brief also required a bedroom within the existing garage and new shared ground floor Visitors toilet / Shower room, as well as more light into the entrance hall.
