An existing detached family home, it required a tailored alteration to its ground floor to better suit its owners. Much of the middle and rear portion of the Ground floor was remodelled to create a Play room with a new Pantry / Utility and a new full width Kitchen / Living space and nook for a Study table facing the rear garden. Part of the design feature was a full width strip roof light contributing to a simple composition.
